• 50% deposit required at time of booking, and balance 30 days in advance of rental start date.
• $100.00 security deposit required. If you check in early or out late, it will not be refunded.
• All bookings are non-refundable within 30 days of scheduled rental.
• Laws of Ontario will apply to all rental contracts.
• Check in time is 4pm on the first day and check out is 11am sharp on the last day.
• Weekly rentals start on Monday 4pm and end the following Monday at 11am.
• Weekend rentals start Thursday at 4pm and end Monday at 11am.
• An extra day, if available, will be billed at 200.00 per 24 hour period in low season, and $275.00 in high season.
• Rates are subject to change and all rates will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• No pets allowed.
• This is a Non-Smoking Unit
• We will accept last minute bookings which are subject to availability.
• Cash and cheques accepted.
